Refund policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items.
Once an order is placed, we are also unable to refund it.
Please read the product description and ensure that the item meets your requirements & fits within your space. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before placing the order.
If your order has been delivered and accepted by the receiving person, the item is non refundable or exchangeable.
We ask that you inspect all items prior to the delivery teams departure.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached, and in original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
